- SSSimonAug 2, 20221.0Badly managed. Closed for staff training. Here's an idea, why not train the new staff to process the parcel I'd like to send. Oh now it's closed due to illness, why not use some of the recently trained staff to fill in. It's not like they would be overworked, the PO here only opens for a few hours before lunch, something introduced as we went into lockdown but never put back. The staff who work the PO counter are always helpful but the PO's irregular hours make it the least convenient part of this convenience store.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
