My parcel was marked as ‘Delivery Attempted’, but no genuine delivery attempt was made. The tracking map showed the driver at Anglian Water Spalding Lincolnshire rather than at my delivery location which is 3 minutes away, and the tracking also claimed a note was left when no note was received I went and checked immediately because I was checking drivers location This is the second time this has happened with an important delivery. I understand delays can happen, but inaccurate tracking updates and false delivery attempts are unacceptable. I hope DHL investigates this and improves the service, as it causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
