Trelawney says Royal Mail have it and they say its still at Trelawney. This is the fourth time now I have paid for a service and not received one. Last year I paid £90 to renew my passport and they "lost it", then told me to sort it myself. I am today going to Trelawney and if I get the usuall reply of "Sorry, cant help", the Im hoping BBC Looknorth would like to take up the story.
