I don't have a cheque book, the bank don't do bankers draft cheques.. and to do a postal order, the transaction has to be done as a cash withdrawal, the post order exceeded my daily limit, I was so stressed, Tracey offered me to transfer the money direct to herself an then paid the postal order on behalf to save me going back to the bank to withdraw the full amount in cash or wait 7 days for a cheque book, she well an truly came to the rescue.. 10 out of 10 service xoxo

- CVcarl vinceMay 11, 20231.0For the second time today I have had to leave this post office due to the amount of time it is taking to get through the queue whilst only one person is serving on the counter. I am not blaming the staff as they are doing their best but when there is another member of staff working out the back, shouldn’t the manager be prioritising staff to deal with paying customers first ? So many people sighing and tutting in the queue who probably like me have only a limited amount of time to get things done. All this is doing is pushing people into using other services and waking away from using Royal Mail. I send over 100 items a week and really want to use local businesses but feel I can no longer afford to be stood around for so long and as a business owner myself, when we have a queue then I push all staff to dealing with that and then carry on with the day to day afterwards. Come on guys please alter how you do things and prioritise your customers or you will find more and more people walking away.
