Give a raise to the indian man. He is so polite, patient, always gives good advices and does more than is asked always. He goes far beyond his job in an absolute fantastic way.
However, the other workers are not as efficient.

The only nice person working at this post office is the man he is so polite and always happy to help . However the old English woman is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all , she makes out that everything is an issue and hard work when it’s literally the job she’s being paid for . Not happy with her attitude or customer service . I came to collect a parcel and she made it extremely difficult and was very rude - needs improving

Coming here very regularly, the business that I work for uses this post office, and its convenient to come here as its next to our business.
The cashier that works there really needs to work on her customer skills, she has really poor attitude towards the customers.
She is also very rude and disrespectful.
