Amazing level of jobsworth. Tried to get some paperwork certified but they would not do one copy, said it had to be two copies even if I only needed one, "cannot do it as we do not know you from Adam". Would they have known me if I wanted two sets doing as that was ok even though I had my passport? When I go back i will get the two sets done then rip one up and put it in the bin in front of them - will they insist I return the copy I am left with or will that be ok? NO logic.

Rude staff, unhelpful. Refused to help me and yelled next customer while I was mid sentence. Judging by other reviews I’m not the only one.

Extremely rude counter assistants! It never gets old, every time I post from here i suffer the bad attitudes from both of them. They are very lucky to have a job with their customer service responses. I suppose they’re not answerable to a manager. GOOD NEWS, CENTAL AVENUE LUTTERWORTH HAVE DROP + COLLECT! Fantastic, in future that’s where I’m using.
