Simply refuse to answer the phone. Just needed to check that they have my parcel ready for collection before I walk a mile to get there, but 30 minutes of back to back calling gets you no where. Absolutely useless.

Went in today to change the address on my licence, lady at the counter was very uninformative wouldn’t help or explain. Then got the wrong envelope (as they couldn’t be arsed to tell me which one). Then the gentleman at the counter then told me I was wrong making out as if I was an idiot. Proceeded to pass me the correct envelope and refused to assist with any questions I had. Disgusting display of the lack of care associated with customer service. Would be better talking to the homeless men outside.
Do better.

Terrible customer service by the Asian man- he has no people skills and is extremely patronising. Obviously there’s issues going on at home and there’s a lack of manhood

I wanted to post something and they were closed at 4:30 due to a system failure but didn’t keep the place open for the ‘In post’ which was all I needed and it was working. When I tried to explain that to the staff. One of the members of staff came to the door but refused to open it. He spoke to me through the door so I couldn’t hear what he was saying. I asked a few times politely, could he please open the door but he refused and kept being rude and pointing to the sign on the door. I wasn’t going to force my way in but just explain that I didn’t need the post office, I needed to fetch an In post which is a separate locker system which is unmanned and and works similar to an atm.
