The post master welcomed us for a school visit with our Year 1s. He was so welcoming and spared some time to answer their questions. He showed us the process of posting a letter and spoke about the roles of people involved. It was an incredible experience for the children. We will definitely be visiting again!

Tall guy with glasses is rude and replies sarcastically when asking general questions. Having worked there for years does not give you entitlement to belittle customers! Will always try to upsell which is fine but I have noticed on some occasions I will be charged extra such as large letter instead of standard when I have the tiniest envelope so always check the online price and double check before paying! No screen to see charges until it is paid for and printed and will try to keep one counter open for no reason which forms a queue forms making customers feel rushed. Save yourself the hassle and just use another post office.
