- MBMadhu BalaJan 31, 20261.0I would not recommend this post office due to the two rude Indian male staff working here. I have visited a few times to send parcels and each time they make unecessary silly comments or weird questions about the parcel as if I don't know my stuff. I have been selling for years and have knowledge of how it works, on the other hand I question whether they both have any training in providing basic customer service. If I find another local post office then I will go there, the staff here are surely off putting.

Maybe because he doesn't make any money from me just dropping off a prepaid parcel. Don't know how these people get permission from royal mail to represent the company. I told him that other post offices accept it without any issue why can't you. All he said is "we can't accept this here". Maybe he should go refresh his knowledge in regards to customer service and more.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
