Used this post office for the first time today. Naz was very helpful to both me and the customers served before me. Many thanks.

Naz was incredibly helpful and truly went out of her way. I had trouble with printing a barcode for my return parcel, despite numerous attempts to re-print the barcode it would
print out in the size A3. Nonetheless she still accepted the parcel and managed to stick the barcode on a large postal bag. She went above and beyond that any other post office attendant would!

Excellent service from Naz.
We realised we made a mistake on our delivery and she was very helpful in helping us rectify it, although it was a really busy period prior to bank holiday closing.
Even though it was our fault, she went and beyond for us which is really appreciated. Thanks again!

I have had to write this review as I have never felt so embarrassed and upset in along time. I went to renew my driving licence yesterday and was "served?" by an elderly white lady with glasses and unruly/unkempt hair who really didn't want to renew my licence for me. (I don't think she knew how to do it bless her).
Whilst standing waiting she noticed an elderly lady behind me next in the queue with a small package. The counter lady then asked if she could serve her instead of me of which I felt uncomfortable and paranoid. Paranoid because I suffer with a severe mental illness and also cannot read people. I stood quietly and looked from the elderly lady and the counter lady undecided and confused what to do. The counter lady then shouts at me "oh don't worry I'm sure your time is so precious" and "never mind the elderly hey". I teared up and stuttered what about me not minding. The counter lady said she tried to log onto tablet and wasn't working so I could be on me way as she couldn't help me. I'm mentally disabled and lack confidence when I go out and this has set me back alot. I don't like to be jeered at and made to feel guilty for just standing and trying to renew my driving licence. Please be more compassionate not all disabilities are seen.
