- AAAaronDec 27, 20211.0Showed up at 16:15 to use the Post Office, online it states it closes at 17:00, and on the post office website it says 18:30. We went to the desk and noticed both positions were closed, so we went to the main till..The man behind the counter says the post office is closed, we asked why online it states it's open, and he replies rudely, 'No, it's closed'. I won't be using their service again
- AAAnnieJun 27, 20201.0I was over charged recently and when I pointed out the postage cost, Hakim said I do not set the prices, and made a very sarcastic comment towards me. He needs to be trained in basic customer care. As this guy has lost the plot. I would never reccomend this post office to anyone. I will be taking this up with royalmail and making an official complaint. If he can not handle the job, he should quit.. He is a very rude, aggressive person. BEWARE OF HAKIM.
