Every 10 or so parcels, one or two always go missing. Is becoming depressing not being able to trust the office with a normal second or first class. Now I have to send all of them tracked to make sure that I can ask for compensation if they disappear. and no, I don't think they are lost in traffic because as I said, I've used other offices with no problems before.
