Took the case in, she scanned the label and it wouldn’t scan so she said she couldn’t do it. Blamed me, it was my printer that had printed an unclear label. I asked if she could just manually enter the numbers, she said No, if it doesn’t scan, we can’t do it. Took my case to another post office and hey presto, they accepted it straight away. Funny how they could input the numbers manually but Kibworth post office couldn’t! They are either purposely unhelpful or clearly don’t know how to operate their own systems.
