The tracking shows my parcel was delivered here, but the staff refused to even look for it, demanding a barcode that DPD never sent. Instead of trying to help or check the system by name/ID, I was simply told to "go home." Unprofessional and lazy approach to customers. Now I have to fight for a refund for an item worth over ÂŁ100.
