Usually, staff are so friendly especially one of the ladies behind the counter, but I think one of the managers was so rude. He was slamming doors and berating this poor lady, it’s so unprofessional and it’s not how you treat staff members. She looked like she was in tears almost and it must’ve been so embarrassing there was so many people in the shop. Everyone was so uncomfortable, I felt so bad, this is not the customer service you expect. Whoever that man was today needs to be reprimanded or replaced because it’s just not on!
