Had a disappointing experience at a post office Royal Mail collection point. A staff member named Ash (Indian looking person unsure if hes using the real name) refused to assist my brother in collecting his parcel, even after he provided proof of the collection email. On top of that, he insulted him, saying "You're nobody off the street."
Such rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Post office should ensure their employees treat customers with respect and provide proper service. Hope this issue is addressed.
Royal mail should just pull of thier account with this kind of post office, who is offering nothing but rudeness to customers.
