Quite unhelpful staff today ! Enquired about a passport application check service and instead of the member of staff just saying “ sorry madam we don’t offer that service here” she just shook her head with folded arms saying “no Castle street branch “ and when I enquired further by asking “ do you know if I have to get the paper form first , fill it in and then they check it ?” She just replied “ don’t know” I then asked “ “does your colleague know?” to which the colleague sitting next to her also shook her head saying we don’t know we don’t have anything to do with passport applications!” I feel like the attitude just wasn’t very helpful or sympathetic!
