I went in to post a parcel and while I was there I thought I'd grab a snack, drink and roll of packing tape. I stood in the queue and waited. The lady on the till appeared nice and was super friendly to the customer in front of me. When it was my turn she glared at me, said nothing. I asked if I could send the parcel she just took it off me, scanned it and handed me the slip. I then asked if she could take for the snacks and tape. Abruptly she pointed to the back of the que for the "shop", "You have to go over there!" She was stood within arms length of the till and would've been no hassle for her to ring my stuff in and take my money. I post on average three to four parcel a week to Europe and when ever I've used my regular post office have bought snack and supplies. I thought I'd try this office as I drop my daughter off just around the corner. I will never use this post office for anything again. I've never seen such rude behaviour from a staff member.
