- RGRedd GilroyMar 25, 20261.0Useless and rude. Post office lady tried to post a £1000 parcel to the wrong address because the house number wasn't on their system. "It's close enough" and got shown a computer screen. Unfortunately thats not my job and it was my fault when I didn't want a different address on the label. Happily taken somewhere else.

I arrived at 9.45pm to post a return and the girl at the counter said they had just closed to post office counter (13th July 2022) and I would have to go back in the morning. The counter looked open and there were no signs that it was shut. I checked the website and it confirmed that it should have been open until 11pm.

After attempting three stores (two whose online information said they were open but the note on the door said otherwise, and one that diddnt have the qr-scanning technology), this post office was actually able to meet my needs. WELL DONE for actually having useful opening hours and services. It shouldn't be such a shock to find a store open when it says it should be online, but after several miles of driving and two negative reviews left elsewhere, I want to commend the store that actually was there for me!)
