- HPHarvey PeckSep 7, 20261.0Really really poor service. Opened 30 minutes later than it said online, waited 20/25 minutes to be served. When I was served they ‘couldn’t find my parcel’ even though I gave them proof of delivery. They tried to send me to mountsorrel even though I showed them that the item had been delivered specifically to them. No care for the lost parcel and I don’t believe at all that they don’t have it, either couldn’t be bothered to check properly or it’s mysteriously vanished.
- EMErica MiddletonSep 5, 20261.0Rather offhand treatment regarding Evri deliveries - often declared not there even though Vinted say it is, chaotic storing of parcels, it's always such a bother trying to find mine.
- SFSimon FenneySep 3, 20265.0I don’t know why the bad reviews always been fine with me when I’ve been in
- EEEmily (EmJ10)Aug 22, 20261.0Once again the post office is closed with no explanation and there are opening hours on the door for 9-12:30. There is a queue at the door from 9am, people waiting and the owner just does not show. Unacceptable and really inconvenient.
- SLSian LewinJun 26, 20264.0Quite a long wait. Helpful counter staff
