  Extremely rude and unfriendly. I am baffled that some people can’t even mutter a simple hello. After a smile and a hello I received an abrupt unfriendly « yes » .the whole experience was really unpleasant and will never go back again. How hard it is to deliver simple basic courtesy. That lady must be so unhappy and miserable in that job! For those who posted a positive review do you have to pay extra for a ´hello ?

  Should be closed down! Went in to renew the Tax on our mobility vehicle which is free each year when you present your V5C and Proof Of Mobility Exemption. They said they had put it through I found OUT I'VE BEEN DRIVING AROUND A SORN VEHICLE because of their incompetency . I COULD SCREAM! Honestly incompetent rude and clueless!

  Pretty lacklustre post office imo. Limited opening hours. Can’t take Scottish notes. Unaccommodating. Just go to Rothley. Far better service there.

  This post office is awful at re-delivering post. I have ordered many re-deliveries as I work shifts. They never come on the day you requested even when you wait around all morning for them! It’s beginning to get quite frustrating.

  Poor customer service and they clearly need to pay attention to relations with the paying customer. No appreciation of there actions and others suffer consequences. Please think twice before using as there are to many issues to put in one review. Advise will be respect customers and do what you say you are going to do...
