There's a review here saying "this is not the level of service I expect from a government agency" neither royal mail nor the post office have been government services for literal decades. bizarre.

Then got the wrong envelope (as they couldn’t be arsed to tell me which one). Then the gentleman at the counter then told me I was wrong making out as if I was an idiot. Proceeded to pass me the correct envelope and refused to assist with any questions I had. Disgusting display of the lack of care associated with customer service. Would be better talking to the homeless men outside. Do better.
