I returned my iPhone 15 Pro Max for a trade-in and was later told by Apple that my package arrived without the phone inside. The post office was closed that day, so the package was handed to the people operating the store. I know I put my phone inside, and I am now left without my device and without any proper explanation of what happened to it. After seeing other concerning reviews, this experience has completely destroyed my trust. I personally would not feel comfortable leaving any expensive electronics or valuables here.
