There was a failed delivery attempt which needed follow-up but with tracking number. Unfortunately the slip was misplaced. When I tried to follow from the post office, they could not trace or offer any help, not even to check from their system. No phone contact or email was taken for a message, why rely on a traditional paper-based method in this era. I lost an expensive phone, and the Post Office denies any responsibility.
