- NNNYTAug 29, 20261.0Unprofessional behavior – staff grabbed my personal phoneI am writing to report a serious issue with customer service at the post office store on Saturday 29TH Aug.While I was trying to show the cashier something on my phone, she grabbed the device directly out of my hand without asking. She then passed my phone to her colleague. I felt highly uncomfortable and had to ask for my property back before they returned it.While the action was not violent, it was completely unprofessional and a violation of personal boundaries. Staff should never touch or take a customer's phone without permission. I expect the management to remind their team to look at screens without handling personal property. I hope this is addressed immediately to ensure better customer service.
