The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Post Office.
The man at the counter was extremely rude and began shouting at me simply because I pointed out that a parcel being 35g over the stated weight limit is often accepted as part of the small weight tolerance allowed at many Post Office branches. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he continued to raise his voice in front of other customers and then became unnecessarily spiteful with the rest of my parcels, insisting they were all overweight and refusing to process them.
I then visited another Post Office, where the staff member showed me on their system that a small allowance of a few grams is permitted, confirming that the parcels could in fact be accepted.
There is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful and confrontational manner. Avoid this branch if you value professional and courteous service.

The guy at the front is very rude and he purposely printed the label for my daughter's post to be sent to the incorrect address. She noticed on her way out on the proof of postage and informed him, only to have him belittle her and behave as if it was an inconvenience for him to correct the postcode he had put wrong.
This is only because she asked if she could pay by stamps and he was unhappy about this.
He also was dishonest that you can't pay for potage using prepaid stamps.

I know it's only a post office but it is worth reviewing, this one! the two men who work in there are so so nice, down to earth and friendly. Great service in there and always helpful. Keep up the good work!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
