- OAOmolola Adeleye4 days ago5.0I can’t recommend Fulhurst Post Office enough. The staff are always so warm, kind, and welcoming, and they consistently provide excellent customer service. I had a personal experience that really showed their honesty and care. I accidentally misplaced my wallet in the store, and instead of it going missing, the staff kept it safe and returned it to me intact the next time I visited. Their integrity and thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. It’s rare to find such genuine, trustworthy people who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and outstanding service!

Workers are extremely rude , definitely not meant for customer service..their antisocial behaviour isn't even the worst bit , I've took things to be posted or returned to this post office before and many times the vinted or Amazon have told me this item hasn't been posted even when I have a receipt saying it has been , this has left me with my items not being able to go to the buyer and me not getting refunded when returning items. If I could , I'd give this place a zero as I've not had anything positive to say about it at all.

Then out of 3 staff the only one I see doing anything is the 1 on the Post Office side. How hard is it to reorganise? Move the PO counter away from the front entrance to the bigger space. Still it doesn't matter as i won't be using again.
