I waited 15 minutes whilst the woman behind the counter was having a conversation with the customer she was serving, when she finally acknowledged me and asked what I was there for, she then informed me that the system was down and she couldn’t scan documents. I definitely would not be doing business at this branch and certainly would not recommend it.
