The 2nd parcel was recorded and it arrived with things taken out. I'm not sure if it's the post office or the royal mail process but I have never had any issues using Royal mail from any other post office before or after.
- JJJBMar 11, 20241.0I've just left there for the 2nd time feeling really stupid! There are 2 ladies who are very abrupt and look at you as if you have very inconveniently ruined their day. While I was filling out the address on my parcel the one lady looked over at the other and started shaking her head and stopped when I looked up. I don't feel as though I had done anything wrong, I wasn't sure how to send a large parcel as I don't send parcels very often but that was about it. Was the head shake because I didn't know? Or was it because my jolly 2 year old was dancing and singing? Don't like children maybe? Either way this was bad customer service and left me feeling very awkward and uncomfortable. I will now drive out of my way to use a post office elsewhere. I imagine good reviews come from customers they know and deal with regular. Everyone should be treated equally and these two need to learn some manners and how to smile in a customer facing role.
