Tried to up sale product when purchasing signed for letter, saying that you have to have the most expensive one when a cheaper one was listed as being acceptable. Argued with us rather than just doing what we asked for. Not the first time either. We now drive to a different shop rather than use here.

This did not work for me as I had a bus to catch in that timeframe. I asked what time do you close he said 7:30pm and I said will I be able to sort my parcel up until that time and he said yes. I returned at 7:00pm and the shop was closed. Very poor customer service
- AAAitchJun 13, 20221.0Postmaster was rude and clearly has 'an attitude' - a definate candidate for a customer care course. He utterly ignored me for fully 10 minutes as I stood waiting for post office service. He was too busy faffing about re arranging some fast food and making it obvious he was taking his sweet s-l-o-w time in so doing. When he eventually spoke it was in a surely tone to inform me he'd be several more minutes. When he condescendingly served me at the counter he didn't look at nor speak to me even when I tried to chat. Won't be back even though Post offices are scarce on the ground these days & this one is close by. Simply don't need the ignorance nor the surely attitude.
