- DCDanny CopeSep 8, 20261.0Very poor service from the man behind the post office counter, telling me to hurry up when I already had everything prepared to post then was extremely rude talking to others whilst serving me answering the phone whilst serving me. Made no sense really as he was telling me to be quicker but still had time to tell me about his eye operation coming up 🤷🏼‍♂️ Customer service needs to be looked at here and improved massively. Would reccomend going elsewhere

Tried to up sale product when purchasing signed for letter, saying that you have to have the most expensive one when a cheaper one was listed as being acceptable. Argued with us rather than just doing what we asked for. Not the first time either. We now drive to a different shop rather than use here.
