- TMTango MikeAug 9, 20261.0The worst Post Office i've ever used. I live in Wetherby and I actively travel to CrossGates just to avoid using the Wetherby one these days. The staff (except for the young lad who is very polite) are horrid. Especially the older ladies who work there. Genuinely feel like a piece of Sh*t on their shoe when I used to use this place. As a young lad with a business need to utilise RM almost daily, I feel like they have an issue with seeing young people do well. My Wife has been treat like muck almost every-time she went too. I have had a stand up argument with one of the women there before as she literally tried to tell me to have some "respect" after 2 sentences prior to that, told me I "clearly didn't have a clue what I was doing" in relation to the prepaid labels attached to my parcels. Clearly I do love, haven't had a single parcel lost or otherwise in over 12 months of trading and never had a customer have to pay more for a miscalculated label. One example of many I have whereby I have been made to feel like I am scum. I think the woman who owns the Franchise is called "Sophia" (maybe?) - Get a grip of your Staff, or better yet, teach them to not prejudice against age. My opinion anyway.
