Absolute joke. No service at counters, cant send parcel on their machines. Woman said u can use kirkgate post office which is a good trek, said rather not. Walked away and she said RUDE, which I find rude in itself but walked away.

Can't say that I understand the negative reviews. Have made use of this post office a number of times now and it's consistently been stellar.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, the post office is always clean, and I've not had any negative experiences with my sent packages or the services.
Which is a great deal more than I can say for a number of other Post Office outlets.
Kudos to the excellent staff at the Wakefield Post Office, thank you, and rock on.

Always under staffed, generally there is only one person at the till, two if your lucky and the self service is pointless because it’s either closed or there’s nobody there to help you
