You won't get any help either, or verbal communication beyond grunts. If you're lucky though you might hear her speak, worryingly though it's when she's shouting at the small child she appears to keep on the floor behind the counter. Yes, everyone, including Social Services, should visit at least once.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
