Do not use this post office.
Bought some euros and was charged an extra £1.75 to pay contactless with my phone. It would have free if id paid with contactless using my bank card (god knows what the difference is)
The rate i was given was not the rate on the board instore.

I will never understand why people do a job they clearly don’t enjoy.
The middle aged lady at the counter always has an awful attitude.
Unclean and unstocked shelves.
I’ve queued for half an hour before, they have more than one till, but usually have one staff member staring at the queue instead of serving people.
You’ll save time by travelling elsewhere for post office services.

Very rude! I was told i couldn’t deposit any cash as they were closing in ten minutes. It doesn’t even take 5 minutes to deposit cash. I won’t be using their services again

If I ca, the rating will be -5.
Awful staff. Rude. Last week went there to collect parcel. System shows it’s there and the staff couldn’t find it and refuse to help. Just repeated saying it’s not there. Had to go again a few days later.
Went to collect another parcel at Friday afternoon 4:30. post office was officially close at 5:00pm. But the stuff who works there said he has to eat so he closed the post office by 4:30pm without any notice.
Went there again on Saturday morning. Open hour supposed to be at 9:00. The staff didn’t come out until 9:20 he said because he was in the bathroom so it’s not opened until then
Why don’t change the official open hours so people can know when to go
Avoid at all cost 🤬🤬🤬🤬
