- LGLynn G2 days ago1.0Every time I go into this post office they don't even acknowledge you are in front of them. No hello goodbye nothing! Even if your polite they are not. The man is worse than the women. Today for instance I went in just to buy stamps 1 second class 1 first class. Told her what I wanted she said do you want me to put them on, I said yes and waited so I saw they were put on as one was really important. She put the second class one on then i waited to see her put the other stamp on she didn't. She said you can go, I said I am just waiting to see you put the stamp on, I am not being funny but it's important. So she raised her eyes to the man next to her then said did you think I won't put it on, I said I just want to be sure the stamp is put on so she put the stamp on as slow as she could. 🤬. This isn't the first time I have had the snarkey remarks. They shouldn't work in the customer retail industry if they can't be polite. I have worked in retail my life and would have sacked my staff if they behaved as they do. Why do the job if you hate it so much!!!! By the way I only gave 1 star because you can't give 0.

- SSS StirlingJul 30, 20261.0So the last time I visited this post office a few months ago the person behind the counter never even put his phone down while I was being served, could hardly be bothered to string a sentence together and the place was filthy. Went in today again this person behind the counter in his phone never even lifted his head to acknowledge any customers, served by a lady which was fine. The floor was filthy covered in leaves that looked as if they had been there since the last time I was absolutely disgusting. Obviously neither of them know how to use a broom or a mop. In future I’ll use my usual one which is 2 miles away.
