Hi this lady may not remember me but I was in on Monday and a lady called Joanne or Jo served me.
I don't often do reviews but people are quick to comment on the service they receive if not good.
Mine was total opposite, all I can remember is her name was Joanne and she has blondish hair.
She helped me sort some passport details. She was really helpful ensuring I understood the advice she was giving me. I felt a little flustered as a couple of other people came into the shop but she gave me her attention until I was finished.
I do hope the reviews get passed on as i forgot to tell her thank you so much for all the help without rushing me
Thank you kindly

I can't recommend Ossett Post Office highly enough. Every visit is a pleasant experience thanks to the friendly, professional team. A special mention has to go to Kelly, the manager, who is an absolute credit to the branch. She is always welcoming, approachable and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are looked after. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and she leads a team that is efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing great service. It's so refreshing to receive such consistently excellent customer service. Thank you, Kelly and the whole team!
