  I had a great experience at the new Bank Hub. I visited on Friday because my mum was having an issue with her Barclays app, and the Barclays representative was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to resolve problem and made the whole experience stress-free. I'm so pleased that a place like this has opened in our community. Having both banking services and the Post Office in one convenient location is such a great idea and makes everyday tasks so much easier. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. It's a wonderful addition to the local community, and I hope it continues to help many people. Thank you to the whole team for providing such an excellent service!
