  Dear God what an awful.place to collect or deliver from! Especially in an artic. The yard is too busy for its size. When manoeuvring there are vans, 3.5t box vans and artics moving about in the same space. The van drivers really couldn't give a rats ass about anyone and cut you up or stop in your space. Add to this there are people just bimbling around the yard who think nothing of walking round you or behind you while you're trying to move and how there hasn't been either an auto accident or someone run iver I'll never know. The shunter is a decent bloke who will happily bank you in or try to stop traffic while you get sorted and the lads in the warehouse are always easy to get on with, but the yard is just frustrating and an accident waiting to happen.

  Absolute awful company. Paid for extra services to install a new fridge and collect an old one. Didn’t do any of that and damaged the fridge delivering it. Do not order Home Appliances from places that use this company (Insanely Samsung is one)

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They received my Sofology sofa’s, gave me a delivery slot for the next day. 1 hour before delivery they cancelled it!! Today is day 3 of sitting on the floor, they couldn’t care less, and still don’t have my delivery re-arranged.

  If I could leave 0 stars I surly would, We Purchase a BBQ from ASDA on line. The delivery drivers that work for panther are extremely unprofessional an very very rude an aggressive towards you the customer verbally n in person. I received an aggressive phone call from the driver saying that we have been banging your door down for 15mins ( The drivers exact words not that of mine ).. I kindly informed them that my husband n I was both at home an asked if you was so called banging the door down ( The drivers words not that on mine ) firstly our rottweiler would have barked an would have alerted us an plus where was your calling card to say also that you had called like you said you had said ? . Now baring in mind our call slot was from 13.14pm - 15.14pm .. an not before hand ! My husband went out to greet the delivery drivers - my husband tried to engage in a conversation with them to kindly inform them where it needed to be dropped just out side the Garage .. there was no hello from the driver what so ever an was prompted on three occasions ... in the end the driver whom clear didn't like people or is job finally answered with an aggressive manner, my husband then went on to say do I have to sign or do you need take a photo of the Item to say that it has been delivered, again no answer what so ever from the driver , the driver just turn around put the barrow back on the trailer an just went .. I do think alittle customer skills would not go a miss , let's be fair manners cost nothing an the aggressiveness was not called for either , if you don't like to be customer front facing may be this is not the job for you or the company . PANTHER please can you kindly give drivers some training in how to act when engaging with customers has rudeness an aggressiveness is definitely not acceptable nor is it professional. I can honestly say Asda's Head Office will be informed too, has this clearly needs addressing on all accounts.
