The post office used to be at the bottom left hand side of the store, where you had privacy.Now the post office is just used for parcels and has been moved to the left hand side, close to the entrance.People have to use the counter to get their money and there is no privacy, the staff count the money and everyone can see what you are receiving.It's not fair on the mature people getting their pension you don't know who is behind you!The people who go into the store complain but nothing changes. If you want reasonable prices and helpful staff go to Tesco extra, it's worth a small bus journey.

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
