He managed to serve 3 customers in the time I was waiting. I had 5 parcels to post so suggested he grab the other guy to serve while he helped me, he responded "he's got stuff to do". So I decided to call them and ask the guy to come out myself, this time the man decided to tell me that they couldn't have two tills open at one time, I told him I had been served before when two tills were open and his response was "that was a while ago". Honestly the lack of professionalism and blatant lies are absolutely disgusting. If you can I would suggest going to a different post office.

He'd have preferred to inconvenience me by sending me away until someone could be bothered. And there was my parcel almost on the top of the pile, once I persuaded him to look. Very poor service. He would have had me believe that you're not supposed to collect your parcel when you get an email to say it's arrived and ready to collect.
