  Used this place on numerous occasions and agree with some of these comments about rudeness. On many occasions when given a receipt it's thrown at you rather than placed in your hand with a thank you. Owners are clueless about how to treat customers. They would do well to remember they are their lifeblood. Avoid if possible....they just don't care!

  Avoid this post office at all costs! The guy behind the counter is a rude piece of work and has a big attitude problem, on his phone whilst I was waiting for service then aggressively saying “scales” ordering me to put my letter on. Told him what I thought and didn’t give him any service in the end and went to Yeadon post office nearby where the staff are brilliant.

  Minus 5 star for this place PO useless, better go to somewhere else, rude guy behind the counter, he must have some serious problem 👎🏻👎🏻

  Update. ... Amended to 1 star after receipt of owner feedback/apology? Only one issue mentioned - what about wrong price, told to go to another PO, breaking off to serve other customers (still going on as yet another LADY has complained on here), not to mention his couldnt care less attitude on being advised I was unhappy. If he had apologised at the time we wouldn't be here now. This isn't going to change unless you address the problem. Yeadon PO is having to pick up your customers due to pure rudeness- yes ive heard them. Yet another bad experience. No one behind the counter on entering. I asked to send a 2nd class parcel by Evri. I was asked for its contents to which i replied clothing. I was told I needed to be more specific than that - since when?. I was then asked to pay £6. I had to inform him it should be £3.49. At this point he said im going to serve another customer!!. This isn't the first time I've had this or they have decided to use their phone whilst I'm left standing there. He said he didn't know why it was the price it was and I could go to another PO. At this point I paid extra for Royal Mail. I asked if he was going to report the problem and the look I got from him ... At this point I told him I was fed up of being treated this way everytime I came in. I said it was rude to serve another customer unless the system was slow which it was not. He said well we will have to disagree on that. I asked if it was because I was a women as every person he has served over me in the past has been male. He didn't answer. I said I had worked in customer services for years and this was appalling. His reply, my family have been in business for 60 years...So have my grandparents and parents - the main lesson is, treat your customers with respect and remember the customer is always right.
