The guy behind the counter is a rude piece of work and has a big attitude problem, on his phone whilst I was waiting for service then aggressively saying “scales” ordering me to put my letter on. Told him what I thought and didn’t give him any service in the end and went to Yeadon post office nearby where the staff are brilliant.
