- SSSam SinnNov 28, 20241.0Lost a very important and valuable parcel of mine. Also gave the wrong advice as to the correct method to send the parcel. Meaning we are now going through post office complaints to deal with it and claim it back. Not sure what happened to our lost parcel as it was tracked, but it supposedly never left the shop so i'm suspicious something dodgy is going on with these missing items... I would use a different post office as its just not worth it.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
