Customers are left waiting while shop purchases are prioritised, and the staff are often unfriendly and unhelpful. A parcel shop should provide basic customer service and handle parcels properly, not make customers feel unwelcome or force them to go elsewhere. avoid

They can never find packages, and when sending or collecting parcels you are forced to wait while staff prioritise customers buying items in the shop. They also refuse to accept larger parcels. On multiple occasions I was told to come back later or another day. This is not the level of service people expect from a parcel shop.
