It was returned to me 3 days later because there was no telephone number on the envelope. Apparently they should have advised me of this. I took it back with the telephone number written on it, they accepted it and put it back in the postal system. I got it back the very next day because the postage should have been paid for again. They blamed Royal Mail for returning it but if the counter staff knew what they were doing, it would not have come back to me, even once, never mind twice!! The staff need re-training.
