One of the men working the parcel station seems to love inventing new reasons why I can’t pick up or return parcels. Today he nearly refused to give me my ASOS order in spite of having my confirmation email and ID to hand, demanding that I inform him who the parcel carrier was. Eventually his colleague stepped in to give me my parcel, but his service today was beyond ridiculous

The man behind the counter has a very bad attitude. I've put a complaint in as I am disgusted by his attitude. I'm obviously not the first so would advise anyone else to do the same - here's the link
