Very impressed with the intelligent and caring service provided by Mohammad Kuln at DHL Express. it gave me confidence that my important international letter will be cared for. Don't confuse DHL Express with DHL e-commerce (now part owned by Evri) or I know from personal experience that your outcome could be much, much worse.

Very disappointing service. The driver claimed that a delivery was attempted, but nobody came to my room or knocked on my door. I was at my accommodation, and no one contacted me or left any notice. It is unacceptable to mark a delivery as "attempted" when no genuine attempt was made. I expect a better and more honest service from DHL.

Very poor experience and I will never ever recommended for anyone to use this service. Apart from been extremely expensive for a little document to be sent ( paid 79 £) it was delayed .I contacted DHL customer service on 0844 248 0844 regarding my parcel. The representative was polite, but I was disappointed to discover that the call resulted in a much higher phone charge than I expected ( 12£ extra on my mobile ) .I believe customers should be clearly informed when calling a premium-rate number or be offered a standard-rate alternative. I arranged to be sent to an alternative address as I couldn't take another day off from work, still didn't arrived sending me a message for a next day delivery with a specific slot time which wasn't respected, arriving 5 hours later than the time mentioned. Asked the delivery driver why was so late and did not respected the slot time and the reply was : '' So what! ( like I don't care about your complaint) Wrote an email to their website with a complaint, had a reply with appologies and some explanation but no compensation. Considering the amount of money that I paid and the service delivered I was extremely disappointed and I will never use this company service ever

As somebody who only sends a parcel a couple of times a year to New Zealand I find the whole process very easy and straightforward. The people in the service point are always very helpful and check everything and pack it all in a box that DHL supply. I also find that the delivery times are a lot quicker than other services. Highly recommended.

The worst delivery company ever, delivery man never showed up , took a day off work aswell so I would be in, and now don’t know where my parcel is or when I will get it. Cant get through to anyone on phone.
