- MHMel HaighJun 5, 20265.0I needed to return 2 items to, Amazon. Unfortunately, I’d picked the incorrect option to simply drop off and staff would take care of packaging, instead, I had selected the option to package and drop off (which I had not done). My 5 star rating pertains to this, as, Sarah (directly involved and an absolute treasure). And Jolene (not directly involved, but assisted nonetheless and again, was a great help). Decided they would go above and beyond what is normally expected, to help me with this. They packaged the items for me and made sure they would be returned anyway. It’s very rare these days to see such excellent customer service, so my 5 star rating is more than deserved. I hope the 2 staff members I have mentioned above receive suitable recognition for being an asset to your company. Many thanks to them both for their assistance, please pass on my appreciation and gratitude.

The super helpful lady sorted me out with a sealable bag, attached the label securely to the bag, talked me through postage options and even explained how to track my parcel. She didn’t have to do all that. I really was ill prepared. But thanks to her kindness and patience, my item will be delivered AND next time I’ll be better prepared! It’s so nice to experience first class customer care, I wish it was more common. But at least treasure it when you do find it!

At first she was not happy to accept some but when I asked if I can put £65 in notes in as well the other lady younger black hair glasses talking on the phone at the counter said no coins after 3pm. So the lady just shoved them back through the glass and said sorry and was hesitant to take even any notes
- SPSerena Diana PuscasuJan 26, 20261.0The star is due to a rather older lady, probably above 50, with glasses and blondish hair who is not bothered at all to help out a mom with a baby girl, clearly struggling and not having time to go to the post office every day to get something done. She did not care about us at all, I was there WAY BEFORE closing time and even then, five minutes can be spared to help a customer. Poor very poor and ignorant service. I don’t even believe she has kids, even if she says she does. Truly appalling how little care can be shown to other women as a woman. Hope not to see the same woman again. Not happy.
