This is my local post office... I popped in on Saturday needing to get my mums meds to her by Monday... I felt like I had no chance other than driving all that way... Anj recommended a special service... I was sceptical, but it worked, the parcel arrived Monday morning... I'm elated with the care and concern she showed me whilst I was stressing! A credit to this office!!

Absolutely disgusting service from the woman behind the counter. As seen in the other reviews it is an Asian lady perhaps Indian. I showed her the tracking number and she took my phone and proceeded to cough down at my phone without covering her mouth!?? Disgusting! And to top it off she went and had the parcel in her hand but refused to hand it to me and was on about how I had to pick it up at another location?? I specifically put the location as the Post Office in Bramley. Honestly I have no idea what she was doing and what she was getting out of doing this. SHE HAD IT IN HER HAND! Clearly a lot of other reviewers feel the same way, why she’s still working there is what baffles me 😒 Now because of her they sent back my item and I cannot no longer collect it or get it re-delivered because she would not hand over the package even after proving proof of ID. So that’s money down the drain and items I cannot receive again. If I could give it 0 stars I would 👎
