Some of them are rude. Not all.
But some are unkind and judgemental.
I happen to be someone who easily understand psychology very well.... not going to say more than that about me, but truth is that there is a lack of customer service training or implementation, and we can easily see the difference in treatment of clients which shows unsolved internal issues and judgemental behaviour.. it is a 1-year observation that makes me comment it without regret. Truth, though bitter.

Yet again not giving me the options of cheaper postage options. Giving me the higher price postage without consulting me.
They were trying to charge me £9.95 to post a passport renewal, another post office charged me £3.95! Both tracked delivery. What's the point of paying more when nothing is reliable?
Unfriendly service. Robotic rude service

The main manager is rude and useless. I only use this place as a last resort. The other staff are decent enough but he lets the place down.
