- GPGranville Parker2 days ago1.0Would give 0 stars if i could staff have changed use to be a older man and think it was his wife was so polite and helped me with anything paper work wise or internet fishing license tax on my van so helpful and nice to talk to but god nos who they are on there knaw i just bought a van but i did not have a v5c in my name but had the grean slip in my name he daid go get vin number and proof ov insurerance and hed tax it and help me with the paper work cosz i struggel with it and its not god for my mental health so i did wat he said i come back with proof and my details and the lady that served me siad i caint do that am not traind and i told her i struggel with paper work she lafgd at me so i said well he said if i come back they will help me they jist sniggerd at me place was full moccing me well i see them helping asasion people well haw i felt belitteld and becase iam white with a bold hrad with a scar felt she was racest to me never use that plce again aefull really is haw they trrat u in jail u dont get lafgd at cosz u struggele to do paper work awfull woman

I happen to be someone who easily understand psychology very well.... not going to say more than that about me, but truth is that there is a lack of customer service training or implementation, and we can easily see the difference in treatment of clients which shows unsolved internal issues and judgemental behaviour.. it is a 1-year observation that makes me comment it without regret. Truth, though bitter.

They were trying to charge me £9.95 to post a passport renewal, another post office charged me £3.95! Both tracked delivery. What's the point of paying more when nothing is reliable?
