But after being given atrocious customer service by a Halifax Post Office staffer (who wasn't wearing a Post Office badge and clearly couldn't be arsed) yesterday and then wasting two hours of my life searching for a post office where I could renew it today, I happened across Marsh Post Office, who not only had a contact number listed, but they actually answered it when I rang! The lady I spoke to was lovely and even remembered me when I arrived a couple of hours later. Needless to say, she had the photo taken and everything sorted inside 5 minutes! Very much worth the drive over from Halifax (there's even free parking across the street!) and I'll be going back when it's time to renew my passport. Thank you! :)
